Introduction
This travel journal hightlights 2006 Lewis and clark June 2006 – An exercise in wordpress based on itinerary of ShelbySue tour following Lewis and Clark from St. Louis to the coast — Fort Chassop –with numerous interpretors along the route.
This is one of three vacation trips learning about the exploits of Lewis and Clark Expediton. Others included (2002) Paddle wheeler up the Columbia River ,(2003) Montana RR Tour smf and (2004) Riverbarge Lewistown KY to St. Louis, Mo.

[This site gained new life today, 8/12/08, after much tinkering. We had almost given up that we would be able to recover for managing the site admin, but after tinkering with host database all is well and we can now proceed with the purpose of this blog hosted by goDaddy.com]
When traveling in the United States you find all sorts of places to discover.
Lewis and Clark Trail, National Parks, and etc.
Lewis and Clark with the Military Corp were true discoverers as they went where no men from our country have gone before. Of course, there were traders with the indians, but their purpose was to trade, not to explore.
Then there are other discoveries. When you browse the net looking for a topic you are discovering something new every day. Discovery is breaking new ground in any learning experience.
